#165: Layered Money - Nik Bhatia

This episode's guest is Nik Bhatia, the Author of Layered Money and the founder of the Bitcoin Layer. 

Nik is also an adjunct professor at USC teaching the first Bitcoin class for business students. 

I read Nik's book layered money two years ago when it came out and it is one of my favorite books on money and Bitcoin.

This episode we go through a brief history of money. We talk about how the use case for Bitcoin is growing and the trends Nik sees with usage on the lighting network. 

The back half of the episode we dive into the current macro environment and get Nik's thoughts on interest rates, inflation, and the Fed.
