#155: Ocean Power

This episode’s guest is Nathaniel Harmon, the co-founder of OceanBit Energy. Nate is a scientist that studied Chemical Oceanography at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and he has a passion for energy and nature.
 
This episode we discuss Nate’s energy company OceanBit and the ocean thermal energy conversion process they are piloting for power generation. 

We talk about how there are many renewable technologies out there that have the potential to unlock massive amounts of cheap energy if the research and development can foster new innovations. 

Lastly, we soft debate different forms of energy and which have the best potential to lower CO2 emissions.
