Gregg Deal from Dead Pioneers

Host Dominic Davi (Tsunami Bomb) sits down with the newest member of the Alternative Tentacles family, Gregg Deal! Vocalist for the Colorado based Dead Pioneers, Gregg is also a multi-disciplinary artist, activist, and "disruptor." Through his paintings, murals, performance work, filmmaking, spoken word, and now his incredible punk rock band, Deal has worked to "honor indigenous experiences, challenge stereotypes, and push for accurate representations of Indigenous people in art" as he said in one of his two TED Talks.  Today they talk about the birth of Dead Pioneers, their work with Hassle Records, how the Alternative Tentacles "Bad Indian" 7" came to be, what the greatest character name in the Masters of the Universe is, the unique political situation we now find ourselves in, and where we go from here.
