Rather than a basic gift guide list of trendy items to buy, we want to help you think about giving gifts in a different way this year so that it doesn’t seem like you’re just swapping $20 bills with everyone you know.

We divided this episode into a few segments. To start off, we do include some physical gifts that we recommend and why we think they’d make a great gift. Then we talk about giving experience-oriented gifts and what that can look like. Another idea is to give gifts that help someone reach their goals which is super thoughtful. One of the best talking points during this episode is the segment on love languages and how you could tie gifts into someone’s receiving love language. We wrap up with some advice on how to ask for what you actually want yourself!
