In today’s episode of Beyond the Buoy, I touch base with Mattie Larson of Upcycle Hawaii. Located on the Big Island of Hawai’i Mattie finds trash and turns it into treasure. Taking marine debris, plastic, and whatever else washes up on the shore and turns it into innovative products that educate and inspire others to do the same. It was a real pleasure being able to catch up with Mattie and learn more as to what she is doing to help clean our coastlines.
