Good morning everybody. It's Alman in the morning and it's Common Sense Radio on this fancy Friday. Thank you very much for being here. One of what I'm the patriot is where you are, and you are in the right place people. Good morning, this morning, Yain. I'm going to get to all the things that happened at the border, and of course a tale of tube order visits, one of them completely fake and boloney, the other one just with the doctor ordered and what we needed. So we'll be following up

on that. I want to draw your attention to something really important that happened yesterday in the House with the committee that is handling the Lloyd Austin deal. Lloyd Austin appearing before this committee fresh off of this debacle where he nor his

staff, and he blamed his staff for it. By the way, I never told the President that he was going to be incapacitated, never told anybody that the duties of the Defense Secretary were passed on to a deputy who at the time that the duties were passed on was on a beach in Costa Rica. So no punishment, nothing, Lloyd, and Austin now says that, well, I hardly ever talked to Joe Biden. It's like, oh, that's interesting as the Defense secretary. So he goes before Matt Gates and Gates

actually pulls one of these things. And I think it's really really great because for the news meating, of course, they don't even pay attention to the irony of all this is that you have a Defense secretary who is going before the public on a couple of occasions now, who is wanting to be forgiven and wanting people to overlook this and my mistake, and this is how it is. And I'm hoping that you can we can move on past this,

and that's fine. But you know, Gates brings up this idea that, well, it's funny because you didn't move on past your American soldiers when they didn't get the vaccine you ordered, did you You didn't. You didn't. You didn't forgive anybody when when that happened, you guys fired people because they didn't get the vaccine you ordered. You had no grace, you had no forgiveness, nothing. So it's interesting you ask for that and you didn't give

it. And of course Matt Gates beautifully invokes a gospel from Matthew that is one of my favorites. But it's a really it's a really good one. And here's how it all transpired. Not gonna be dis charge, right, No, that's right. Okay, You're not going to be suspended. You're not going to be demoted, and you're not going to have your pay cut. None of those things are going to happen to you. Right, that's

right. Okay. So you come here seeking some grace and some forgiveness, and I want you to know that one of the service members who you've axed mandated out of the military sent me the parable of the unforgiving debtor, and it's in the Book of Matthew Versus twenty one to thirty five. The man fell down before his king and begged him, please be patient with me, and I will pay all the debt. Then his master, filled with pity

for him, released him and forgave him of his debt. But when the man left the king, he went to a fellow servant who owed him a few thousand dollars. He grabbed him by the throat and demanded payment. His fellow servants sat down and begged him for a little more time. Be patient with me, and I will pay it. He pleaded, but his creditor would not wait. He had the man arrested and put in prison until the debt could be paid in full. When some of the other servants saw this,

they were very upset. They went to the king and told him everything that had happened. And the King called the man who had been forgiven and said, you evil servant, I forgave you that tremendous debt because you pleaded with me. Shouldn't you have mercy on your fellow servant, just as I had mercy on you. Then the angry King sent the man to prison to be tortured until he had paid his entire debt. Mister secretary, you come to us seeking forgiveness, but you offer none, and it seems as though

the pattern is repeated. You make a mistake, like on the vax mandate and here regarding your notification, then you get busted. President Biden had to sign something into law reversing your vax mandate. You got busted here not because you came forward, but because we learned of this through other means. And then after you get busted making a mistake, you want that benefit WHI you don't want to extend it to others. This isn't swift or clear. You're

not meeting your own standards that you set for yourself. And you say that the DoD is a learning organization. Haven't you learned yet that the military is weaker, not stronger, with the eighty six hundred people that you've act mandated out of the military. Just one point, Congressman. The reason I'm here, by the way, this is great. I mean on a number of

different levels. Any time you have elements of the Bible, and particularly the Gospels, which are beautiful teaching stories and the and a benefit of being absolutely true and absolutely able to be applied to our daily lives, and that ancient

Gospel can be applied to our daily lives. And anytime you have a politician who is swift and caring enough, even though obviously he had the scent to him, but still it's it's enough to be able to read that to the Defense Secretary and point out his absolute hypocrisy and indeed even his lack of godliness, which is great and by any standard, Lloyd Austin should be kicked out of the cabinet, but he's not, because Lloyd Austin is special and Lloyd

Austin kind of hides behind his race, hides behind his special status, and so you know, he's kind of untouchable. He's unsupervised obviously too, and basically does what he wants. And as Gates pointed out, he this vats mandate thing where he got people out of the out of the military. You know, that was not even a consultation with the White House at that point. So even worse, Lloyd Austin had to have Biden come in and cover for him, and right with the score of a pan a new law that

got got Austin off the hook. It's pretty crazy, but that's the but that's what this is. So this is of all the big news yesterday with the border and everything else, this was really a great moment in political presidential and Pentagon history. And yeah, I'll let I'll let Austin answered answer here here you go, not stronger with the eighty six hundred people that you vacs

mandated out of the military. Just one point, Congressman. The reason I'm here is because the Chairman requested that I appear to to talk about the circumstances surrounding my hospitalization. But don't you see the hypocrisy in it because you screwed up. I mean, yeah, So Austin has nothing to say about this,

isn't it crazy? Like after all that, and after his axing of members of the military to the level that it was they were acts because of the vaccine mandate, that's all he has to say is well, I'm not here to talk about any of that. I'm here to talk about my hospitalization, poor little little gumby by my little my little hospitalization. Now these plus is it is it? Is it not like lost on you that these people

in this Biden administration are just a bunch of babies. I mean between Hunter Biden and his little poor me. You know, I'm just an infant when I want to be, and daddy and mommy are taking care of me when I want to be, and then I'm a I'm a fire breathing a hole in front of a microphone in Congress. Just depends on the day. It's

like, what's wrong with these people? Joe Biden goes down to Brownsville, the the the the most pristine part of the border because then it has a wall that he fought against and border agents that he fought against, border agents that he and his administration turned into a bunch of racist Haitian whipping crazies. I mean, it's unbelievable to me. And he had the and the gall that Biden had to go up there and say, well, you need to

come with me because I'm the one who's solving this problem. I'll get back, I'll get into that a little bit. But anyway, this this is this is great stuff here, uh and and and it's important. It's important and consequential and gets at the heart the sinister cynical element that is in the White House right now, and indeed even in the cabinet. We fix your screw up, and now you want grace, But these people who sought religious

exemptions, they got no such grace. And also I just think it's ridiculous there were in three wars you went a wall for three days and we get two hours with you. If you can't spend more than two hours answering these questions, I don't know how you really operating all these wars. Yeah, a good point. And Gates really is talented at this kind of stuff. And this is again against the backdrop of a lot of different news happening.

And I understand there's a lot of things to talk about, and I get it, and I'll talk about them, but I wanted to make sure you heard that because it's vitally important and it's true. Meanwhile, WHOOPI Goldberg, I mean, imagine you realize it. Whoopy Goldberg in the view spends so much time and speaking of irony a hip hop, you have much time they spend talking about how Trump wants to jail people once he gets elected. He that he that he wants to uh put people in jail. He was to

put homosexuals in jail. Whatever. Listen to what Pee Goldberger. She doesn't even know that she's on tape, like from a week and a half ago, decrying the idea that somebody in higher office would want to put somebody in jail. Well, the Supreme Court won't hear oral arguments until the end of April. Now, I just you know, just let's look at a scenario where the Supreme Court says, yes, he has that he has all those

rights, he is immune from everything. You know what Joe Biden could do, says he is presidently president, what whoa he could throw every Republican in jail. I mean, he could in the view of can you believe that? I mean, my goodness, gracious, where's the where's the good old fashioned drone strike when you need it? My goodness, the view studio would be a great target. But these people are clapping and laughing at the idea of of And she's reading from a piece of paper, which I guess apparently

is a some kind of presidential power. I don't know, I don't know what producer dug that up? Can you believe this? And yet again, as Gates points out, this hypocrisy of the Defense secretary, this hypocrisy runs all throughout the left, I mean all all throughout the and and now they're going crazy though, And they're going crazy. The reason why you have Whoopy Goldberg going out of her mind, which actually is somewhat unusual, is because

they know these court cases are falling apart. The lawfair has been watching. Good morning everybody, Happy fancy Friday to all of you and yours It's common sense radio, Jamie Allman, please, and privileged to be with you today one O four and I and the Patriot, And yeah, this has been fun to watch. The It's weird. Hollywood is strange in terms of Twitter and everything else. And I can't tell what I would be doing if I were a bazillionaire in Hollywood, and whether or not I would even bother to

tweet about politics or what have you. On the other hand, I understand that people in positions of influence will use it. I don't fault them for that. I'm not a person who wants people to shut up and sing. If you have a pulpit, a bully pulpit of sorts, and you have a position, I don't blame you for having an opinion about things or going out there on Twitter. But for the life of me, you know, people like Meathead and all these other all these other Hollywood sorts, Ellen Barkin,

of all people that that that. You know, it's f the Supreme Court because of this Supreme Court decision on the UH to take up the immunity case, which is really great. Well you should see the people just freaking out over this. And it's and it's great because it means that nothing is gonna happen before the election. This this thing is dead in the water, and and that's what's so wonderful about it. But it's driving Hollywood and the

news media absolutely bonkers. And so Ellen Barkin of all people, who I always liked. She was more of the eighties and that kind of thing. I get it. But Ellen Barkin of all people are tweeting out about the Supreme Court, and then Steve Van Sant with the Bruce Springsteen band, you know, talking about you know, Thomas Justice, Thomas should be in jail.

And I wouldn't left really like jail, haven't they? Yeah? I don't think we're the ones who were complaining about Trump jailer anyway, but why they would waste time like getting involved this with beyondy But they are going crazy, and they're going crazy because there's this reality out there now as we head into the final day of the Fannie Willis disqualification hearing, it's going to be going on today and heaven knows what more embarrassing thing could happen now today it's

been so bad this prosecutor, i should say defense attorney really for the Trump team, who had been texting with this Bradley character who is Wade, her boyfriend's law partner. He gave up everything. He gave up the every detail and then perjured himself when he denied it. You remember that. But anyway, today and she's she perjured herself. She's going to be disqualified, she

has to be, and nobody in her office can take the case. Did you know that once she is disqualified, nobody in the office can take the case. I didn't know that. I found out that yesterday. So if she's disqualified, this case has to be taken up by another district attorney somewhere else. So it can't it can't be taken up by anybody. It can't be just handed off to anybody else in the office. So this case, by all intents and purposes, is pretty much dead, and at the very

least it won't be adjudicated before the election. So then again, once again, the election in her fearance that the Left and the Democrats are trying to impose, are is it going to happen? It's driving him crazy. So that case is falling apart, and this case with Jack Smith and the January sixth thing, that's falling apart too, And that's driving all of these people.

Know the game of the Supreme Court agreeing to hear Donald Trump's claim that he's immune to prosecution on federal charges of attempting to overturn the twenty twenty election that puts his trial on hold, serving the former president's strategy of pushing his trials past the presidential election. In deciding to take up the issue of presidential immunity, the Supreme Court has effectively delayed the most far reaching criminal case against

Donald Trump. It delay is already something of a Trump victory. Yeah, it is a Trump victory. It's not something of a Trump victory. It is. I mean, I guess, I guess. In the end, the case is still alive, obviously, but the Supreme Court has stepped in right and rightfully. So will think it's political or what have you, But they all wanted to take the case up. This isn't just like a bunch of conservative Supreme Court justice is doing it. And so the networks are going

nuts because they just they don't have anything. They're not gonna have a trial to cover. They're not going to have a trial to cover so that they don't have to cover President Trump. And so President Trump now can campaign and do what he wants to do. It's amazing the real possibility that the trial could be pushed back until after the presidential election with this delay. Even if

the trial is able to happen before the election. It would likely take place against the backdrop of the political conventions later in the summer or in the heat of the fall campaign, possibly George after voters in several states have already started casting their ballots. Ultimately, this question of immunity is not likely to be a close call. They're going to rule against Donald Trump there, so why

take it this run. Well, that's actually not a foregone conclusion that they're going to rule against Donald Trump. Most people who are looking at this case are seeing a I would call it a nuanced decision from the Supreme Court. And it will not be an absolute So it will be in some way, shape or form, something that won't be just like he doesn't have immunity or he does have immunity. It'll be something that will be parsed. There's no doubt about it. He is all about the clock. I mean, this

always has always been about the clock. Yeah, it's always been about the clock, says Dan Abrams. And he says it's been about it's been about the clock because they were rushing these cases to make sure they all unfolded and were adjudicated during the election to serve as another opponent to Donald Trump. While he's running for, isn't it, And that's not happening. So that, indeed, the timing is everything. They have been absolutely had their rear ends

headed to them, and it's not going to happen. Their dream i should say, plural dreams are dying right in front of their eyes. This is a really big win for Donald Trump. Practically, there is absolutely no way the judge is going to schedule the trial for after the election. What does history tell us about how quickly the Supreme Court might decide this? The move further delaying any trial in the case likely for months. Yeah, they're all

like, when will they decide? Then? Will they decide soon? No, it probably won't be until June or maybe even later when they're this is a pretty big case. So we'll see. I'm sorry Democrats, I'm sorry left he's in the news media turn that frown upside down, the All New on all four nine, The Patriots US Update. Well, good morning and happy fancy Friday to all of you and yours. It's in the morning and

it's common Sense Radio, and you are in the right place. One oh four nine the Patriot Thank you very much for being along so yesterday along the southern border. We had a tale of two takes on America, one completely unserious, uh, the other serious one taking place against the backdrop of years of neglect of the border, only to then callously cynically act like you came up with the only plan and the Republicans need to come with you. That's

the Joe Biden version of yesterday. Totally unserious, totally fake, even right down to the choice of city. He appeared in Brownsville, which actually doesn't have hardly any kind of illegal alien problem because they have a wall there. Because have a wall there, which is why, thanks to Trump, Biden can go someplace where while he's giving the news conference there aren't a bunch of people crossing the border behind him or in front of him, or on the

side of him or whatever. It about forty nine people who go into Brownsville illegally where it's about three thousand in Eagles Pass where Donald Trump was. But yeah, to listen to Joe Biden tell it, he's been working on this his whole life, and it's now timed for Republicans to kind of come and join him in his brilliance. But if you really want to know how unseerious.

This whole event was with Biden. You got to go back to twenty twenty one when Mayorcis goes on MSNBC and he brags about rolling back Trump immigration policies. And I'd like to understand from you what Trump era immigration policies have been banned, ended, reversed, and if any investigations are underway by you. So, we have rescinded so many Trump immigration policies it would take so much time to list them. Yeah, that's Majorcus bragging about that in twenty

twenty one. So this is disgusting. Really, in the news media doesn't report on this, And so what does Biden do. He shows up and acts as if he's worked so hard on this bill, which is a sham bill, not acceptable. It allows automatically five thousand illegals a day into this country, which on its face isn't acceptable, and it doesn't restore any of the policies that were rescinded by the Biden administration. So this guy is a total fake and a flim flam man and dares go out there and talk about

let's do this together. We could do this together. Yeah, you rescinded Trump's immigration policies by yourself. You didn't consult anybody, you didn't compromise with anybody. And now Joe Biden's some kind of angel to do business in America. For such a serious problem, we need to act this time for the speakers. And some of my Republican friends in Congress were blocking this bill to show a little spine, pass a bipartisan bipartisan as another member by part conservative

leaders, part of this border security bill. Let's remember who we worked for. For God's sake, we worked for the American people. Yeah, listen to this garbage. Really seriously, this guy and he said and again he shows up in Brownsville, Texas, which is the safest community along the border there. Why why he chose that is beyond me. Probably because he could

stand behind a bunch of border agents or in front of him. I mean, because that's one of the other great things about Brownsville, that Brownsville area there, that is that it has it actually has a lot of border agents and a wall, which is why you hardly get any illegals coming through there. It's it's it's not and so you wouldn't get a whole lot of protesters,

you wouldn't get a whole lot of people out there. I meanwhile, President Trump travels to Eagles Pass, and it's fairly evident by the way he was talking that he actually talked to lacoln Wiley's family, and he actually talked to the murdered girl's family, had a conversation with her. Joe Biden didn't say one word about her. It was all about a bunch of this pedestrian

standard issue back and forth with politician stuff. But he never mentioned her name, Laco and Wiley's name, and Trump did right there at Eagles Pass. The monster that charged charging the death is an illegal alien migrant who was led into our country and released into our communities by crooked Joe Biden. He's crooked. I took the name away from Hillary because she's no longer relevant. I guess she was terrible, but he is. What he is doing is just

unbelievable. Joe Biden will never say Lake and Riley's name, but we will say it, and we will remember. We're not going to forget her. It's been just a horrible story that we've had to live with for the last few days. Yeah, and once again, President Trump, in his prediction is absolutely right. Joe Biden never said Lake and Riley's name, never even

talked about it. Instead, he acts like the person who bulldozed a home, complaining about the fact that there aren't any bricklayers around to build it back up again. It's pretty unbelievable and pretty brazen. President Trump. I'm so glad that he did this. He didn't do what I was hoping he would do, and I don't think you actually can do that, So you know, that's probably why I'm not up there. I wanted him to do a flyover of Joe Biden's tour with the Trump plane, but I'm sure that there's

there would be airspace issues and everything else. The parents have devastated. They're incredible people. But this is a Joe Biden invasion. This is a Biden invasion over the past three years. I call him Crooked Joe because he's crooked and he's a terrible president, the worst president our country's ever had, probably the most incompetent president we've ever had. But it's allowing thousands and thousands of people to come in from China, Iran, Yemen, the Congo, Syria,

and a lot of other nations. Many nations are not very friendly to us. He's transported the entire columns of fighting aged men and they're all at a certain age and you look at them and said, they look like warriors to me. Something's going on that's bad. Now. The United States is

being overrun by the anyway, Sorry about the jumpiness there. So this was a great appearance by Trump because it showed a contrast with your retail salesman, Joe Biden, and somebody really calls attention to the problem and already had the solution there, a solution on a number of different levels that was rescinded by the Biden administration. And the rescinding was bragged about by Biorcas three years ago.

So that's where we're at. And yet the news media, how did they respond while they're acting like Joe Biden is the great unifier that that he's demanding cooperation with his plan and at the border is the way it is because Republicans are letting it be that way, and they're also taking the extra step of denying any connection between illegal aliens and crime. You should hear how they're

doing it. I'll have that for you coming up. Good morning, everybody, It's common sense Radio it's all but in the morning on this fancy Friday, you don't forget. We've got Jim Talen joining us just about seven thirty as he normally does. Special guest star Billy Bush, who is having a book signing out at the Bush Family Brewing and Distilling operation out there in Defiance. That's going to be this Saturday, I believe, and so Billy Bush

is going to be on the show with me about seven o'clock. This book is pretty good and he's a great guy, so we'll talk more about that and the Bush Family and all that's going on in beer in Saint Louis just a little later on. Also a preview later on the Evolution Festival in Saint Louis, which is happening at Forest Park again. It was a hugely successful venture, and of course the legendary Steve Shankman is where it's all at.

And we have a pastor pad of course at eight o'clock. So if you guys want to just kind of pop in it out, that's fine whenever, but glad you're along for the ride right now. So the news media has spent an inordinate amount of time trying to run interference for dirtbag violent illegal aliens for whatever reason. They're obviously you know why they do it because they have blood on their hands and they feel guilty about it, and they don't want

to have to admit that there is indeed a linkage. They don't want to have to point it out. They have to pretend that it really doesn't exist as a as a big problem. And sometimes they even go in the opposite direction. So NBC News now is running a store sory that is insinuating that crime has actually gone down in cities where there is an influx of illegal aliens. Now, of course they had to try to go searching for that information. They had, they had to try to find some kind of way to

judge that, and you know, that's completely and totally fake. Keep in mind, anytime you have the news media reporting on crime going down in specifically Democrat run areas, that's because crime isn't being prosecuted, crime isn't even being put on the ledger, so to speak. And so saying that crime is down is actually full of the kinds of lies you'd expect because it's really not provably true one way or the other. Are these are crimes being committed that

aren't actually resulting in arrests. I mean, look at all the things that are happening on the streets that really go unreported, unnoticed by police because there aren't enough of them because they've been defunded, and so that's that's just blowny. But they even even to even try to posit that story that crime actually has gone down in areas where there are there is an influx of illegals is completely and totally made up. And there there probably are other factors that go

into crime being reduced in these areas. They don't address the fact that there's a strong possibility crime may go down, but the current criminal activity is in some part attributable to illegal aliens. So you know how people can lie with numbers. Well, PBS decides they're actually going to use clips from Fox News and try to make this effort to prove that there really is no linkage between illegal aliens and the influx of them and crime and to help with some contact.

By way, you're paying for this around these questions around immigration and crime. I'm joined now by Sharis Kubrian. She's a professor of criminology, Law and Society at the University of California, Irvine and co author of the book Immigration and Crime Taking Stock Professor. Let's begin with the obvious here. Our thoughts are obviously with the family of Linkeln Riley and her friends, the senseless

loss of a young woman's life. Authorities also today jo I love how how she purposely leaves out, you know, because people do talk about thoughts and prayers. But it's funny how normally, if you're going to say thoughts, you put prayers with it. And it's interesting how this news anchor just make sure to not say anything regarding prayers. Field her death was due to blunt force trauma, and the man we know accused here is an undocumented immigrant.

Those are all facts. What do you make of the larger conversation around those facts? Right now? When I heard about this tragic event, my heart went out immediately. That is, of course the first reaction I had. But the second one is, uh, oh, I hope that this is not used as this awful event is not used for political advantage, and it appears that that is what is essentially happening. Yeah, oh no, of course, the first thing she thought about was for the poor victim of an

illegal alien. But Once she was through with all that, her main priority was making sure that this wasn't used in any way for political advantage, meaning she didn't of course, anything mentioned in a context of the border would be considered a pololitical advantage by her, And you could you could tell what her standard is that at any time you mentioned this, say well maybe we shouldn't let these people in the country and and not arrest them. Well, that's

that's taking political advantage. So you know where she's going with this. We see a tragic event become a sparking point for really restrictive policies aimed at immigrants. Yeah, well, of course it is, uh, because because that's what the answer is. And it's funny how she her her first priority, it seems, is is to make sure that Lincoln Riley's death isn't used against

her open border attitude. Well, and that's callous in itself, but that's what they do, uh, And that's what that's what PBS was doing, is trying to continue to deny this link, even though we're seeing it with our own eyes on television, we're seeing it on video. Hey Mickey, good morning, Thanks for joining the show. Happy Friday to you too, how are you fantastic God gave us another day. Of course he did, thank God. Well, not, of course he did. We're just thankful

he did, right, Yes, we are. Yeah. But these people that are in the news, they don't report news. They report only things that they want to and they keep calling them immigrants. They are not immigrants. They are thugs, and they're being put in this country so that we

have total chaos, which we do right now. Yeah. Yep. Jim Carafano, who is no gunslinger when it comes to things like this, said as much that it's a regimented, purposeful invasion, and yes, and and and what's really sad is that these people are not only thugs, but they are taking jobs from people that have worked for years. These people, these big corporations close it in in their doors and telling them that they are laid

off is bunkla. Yeah, I mean if they work at all, you know, I mean there's that second part where they're not even working and I ain't doing anything so because they don't have to. I mean, and they're just shelling out the money. You know, that's our money. People don't realize all our tax dollars are going to this all this junk that they're doing. Yeah, and when you realize too, you know, I said this earlier. I'm sorry yesterday, because I've been doing some radio in San Diego.

They've got a really particularly visible problem in terms of the lack of balance. So they've got a lot of homeless Americans, some of them veterans, some of them families, some of them people, and they have had to pass a law that allows them to part live in their cars in parking spaces on San Diego streets. Meanwhile, they're shelling out millions for shelters for illegal aliens who are being dropped off by the Biden administration in San Diego. It's

pretty unbelievable, it is. Yeah, you know, I feel like sometimes we're living in the Twilight zone. Oh yeah, yeah, we're living in some kind of zone. Well, Mickey, thank you very much. Happy fancy Friday. And I know you're on your way to mass or whatever. Right Oh yeah, okay, okay, Well, thank you for doing that. And say a prayer for us all if you can, my dear, I know you will. We got to pray for we gotta pray for this country and pray for it hard. And I hope to see you at the

caucus to born sounds good. All right, Mickey, thank you so much and I appreciate you. Listen to the show. Oh and God bless you. We'll be back. And I gotta tell you it's crazy. And the only good news is that the cases against Trump are fast crumbling. The interference in the election may not be happening.
