On one four nine to the Patriots and good morning everybody, live from well, actually National Harbor, Maryland is where the Seapack Extravaganza is happening. This is the Conservative Political Action Conference otherwise known as Seapack and beautiful National arm I can see DC from Alaska. Uh no, I'm just kidding. I could see DC from where I am. But we are technically yeah, we're in
d C. This is where it's at. It's called Seapac DC. Jamie Allman here, privileged to be with you, Live one O four nine the Patriot and had a little bit of a technical issue. But check this out. It always amounts to just one little part, one little part, and I just happened to have the part in my backpack. People, That's how
it works. And thus live radio is born because of a little piece of equipment that I had to use to replace an other piece of equipment that I just happened to have in my backpack for no real apparent reason, but it was there. I think it was for a webcam at one point. But you know, when one part poops out, another part reveals itself in your
backpack. So I'm very very happy to be with you. And really happy to be giving away those Counting Crows and Santana tickets because that's on the twenty seventh of July at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater and otherwise what used to be known as Riverport Live Nation. Thank you for the generosity of giving us these tickets,
and so yeah, we're off to the races. Right after I get through, we're talking to Jimmy Carafano in the seven o'clock hour, I will be giving away the tickets to a lucky caller and I'll let you know which one that's going to be in terms of numeric order as soon as I'm through talking to Jim. It's going to be a really pretty much a day of relative inactivity until tonight when there is a major confab here at the Seapac Convention
Hall. And that's going to include a few people who you'll be hearing from this week. Katie McFarland and Charlotte Sands, who is a former ambassador from the Trump administration, Gordon Chang, Steve Bannon, all these great people who I'll be running into as we proceed through the day and the next couple of days. As I'm live here this morning, Thursday and tomorrow and Friday, so it's going to be busy and I'm going to be running people down and
it'll be a blast. I love these kinds of things because that way I can run around with my video camera and bring all that stuff to you via social media media as well as tomorrow on the shows and Friday as well. So really privileged to be here. Thank you so much to Newsenters, Jewelers, Newstters find jewelry, they call it right, but it doesn't have to be expensive. So Diana always says, you come in there with one hundred bucks and you can still leave as a king or a queen at New Center's
Jewelers right there at Dougherty Ferry and Big Bend. Wowdiamonds dot com is the delightful website there where you're going to see what the lab grown diamonds are all about. And also Dave over at Woods Basement Systems, thank you so much for supporting free, common sense conservative radio here in the DC area and Woods Basement Systems. I've been a client of theirs. They did a great job shoring up a leaky basement wall. They're really great all things basement Tea with
Woods basement systems. So really happy to be up here and happy that I had a little piece in my backpack and saved the day. Good morning, this morting. Hey, you know what better It's better to be lucky than good Sometimes that's all there is to it, all, Right, this was I've got a lot to cover for you on other issues of including the arrests of the thugs in Kansas City and this blow up on the Five yesterday over
this whole Trump lawsuit three hundred and fifty million dollar thing. But something happened yesterday that really was amazing people, And this was on the View if you can believe it. So, as you know, the Alabama Supreme Court ruled that somebody could be sued and even held liable for destroying fertilized embryos under the state's Wrongful Death of a minor law. Now people can quibble over whether or not somebody, if they destroy an embryo, whether or not they would go
to jail akin to harming a twelve year old. But life is life. And guess what happened on the View. So you guys know that Sonny Houston is a Trump hating racist, but she's also pro life. When she told this story. It was incredible to me and of course infuriated Sarah Haynes, who's a ghoulishly pro choice individual on the show. But of all people, Sonny Houston, I was astounded by this because every time she opens her mouth, we have this feeling of contempt sometimes, but this was a godly and
pretty amazing testimony from her. Yesterday on the view Welcome Back, the Alabama Supreme Court ruled that a hospital patient who mistakenly dropped and destroyed someone else's fertilized embryos can be sued under the state Constitution's Wrongful Death of a Minor Act. It's certainly lawsuit worthy. Given the cost and the emotional investment of in vitro fertilization, Does it reach the level of wrongful death? And you know how to start? Yes, you know. I have a personal story about this.
As you all know, I went through five miscarriages before we turned to IVF. We went through three cycles of IVF. I have two beautiful children. As a result of it, we depleted our entire life savings. Each cycle was not covered at the time. It's thirty thousand dollars and it was important enough for us now, we did do frozen embryos, but because we are Catholic, we knew that we couldn't destroy the embryos because they are, in our view, children, and we couldn't just give them up for research
because in our view they were children. And so can you believe you're hearing this out a sunny host In, a left winger on the view, This is unbelievable to me. I really felt great about it. I felt like somehow God had come down and just sprinkled godly, beautiful, amazing dust over
Sonny Hostin's head on the view. And as you can as you can tell, of course, all these women are going crazy because Sonny Hostin just called an embryo a life, which is not what some so called scientists actually believe, and certainly abortionists don't. We were, I feel responsable in the sense that we used every single embryo, and if every single embryo became a child,
then we were going to take care of that child. And we don't have any frozen embryos left, thank God, right, because I would probably have a baby baby And your religious is it because of your religious belief My religious beliefs are that no conception is the start of human life. However, when you look at an embryo, I mean that certainly is more than just an egg and a sperm separated. They wait several days. Ideal transfer is
five days. You're transferring a human embryo that is going to attach in your uterine lining and become a child. So, but this is based on your religious belief well so your religious conviction. It is partially based on it, but it's partially based on science as well. Yo, my lord, I got goosebumps. Isn't that the truth? And it actually made me love Sonny host And so much that maybe next time she's racy and anti trumpy, I can actually look past that and say, but you know what, in the
moment that it really super mattered. You stood up from life and you set up for science, which is unfortunately not what a lot of people in the scientific community are necessarily doing because they actually don't think an embryo as a human being. How anti science can you get? But man, I don't know whether you felt that way listening that or not, because you're thinking to yourself, what am I What am I hearing here? Well, you're hearing God
is what you're hearing. Ladies and gentlemen. Jamie Allman here live from the Washington, DC area, here at the Conservative Political Action Conference. One of the rock stars. He happens to be in India, but we're going to talk to him anyway. Jim Carafano, a lot of his friends are here and we'll follow up on that. This is sol them in the morning, them telling the rest of the world how things should work. Right, it is John Carey telling us how we should live our lives. Conservatism is exactly
the opposite. It's about people themselves, decay what they want and telling their bosses how they want things to be run. Then that's the one thing that we all have in common. And it's it really is I think so powerful. And just look, I mean, we're all busy, we're going to walmart' raising the kids. You know, nobody has time to do this stuff.
But it is so important that we understand the world around us. Uh. And you know, I think too often that you know conservatives are like the guy, well their isolationists or you know, they don't care about other people in the world. And Uh. One is we have a lot of things in common. And two is when we when we talk about this it really is very empowered. And the other thing that is the most important thing
is if we don't do this, we're going to get trampled. If we don't get ourselves organized and fight back against this stuff, these guys are going to take over the world and and we're not going to like what it's delivered
to us. Well, that you said just there at the beginning of what you were telling me, which was about us letting the world define us, is really a crucial point as it relates to what I consider to be the loss of our national identity, which ultimately then always dovetails into us giving up very precious things such as our border, you know, uh, and other
things like that. That is exactly what the whole purpose, like what the I think the big thing of the discussion last night is everybody simple, we're different. You know, we're we're you know, we're nationalists, we're Hindu nationalists, or you know, we're Europeans, and and it's like that's the whole point, right is we you know, of course we have differences, but what we care about is we all care about what we're trying to do and and uh,
