Energetic Themes

On this episode I am sharing my idea of having an energetic theme for the new year vs. sticking with goals and resolutions. While I believe there is a time and a place for all of those things, I believe that applying energetic themes to the year helps us see deeper into our own motivations, builds in grace, helps guide us, and helps us celebrate more along the way! I am discussing this idea as someone who has applied it previously in the classroom and to my own life.
