Episode 53: Shawna Bloesinger

The goal was 25 for 25 but the pandemic stopped that from happening so she went 24 for 24. Traveling to 24 countries by her 24th birthday. After graduating college Shawna took off backpacking Asia for 3 months alone by herself with no friends or family. Prior to that she traveled Europe and other countries as well. We discussed experiences her and I both had. Perspective shifts we both have had after reflecting on our travels outside of America. How these travels have opened our eyes to ideas we have around health, mindfulness, and education. Really cool stories around all around from Shawna.
