In July 1969, Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin became the first humans to land on the moon. In May 2020, in response to Covid-19, the US Federal Government initiated Operation Warp Speed to accelerate the development and distribution of vaccines, cutting what would otherwise be a ten-year timeline to within 1 year. In 1989, the Montreal Protocol was established to phase out the production of substances responsible for ozone depletion. What’s common among these programs?
