This morning I had a seizure, but I'm still committed to bringing episodes daily. While this episode isn't the most exciting - it will shed some light on the chronic neurological condition known as epilepsy.
First diagnosed with Epilepsy at age 13.

Epilepsy is a group of neurological disorders characterized by recurrent epileptic seizures. Epileptic seizures are episodes that can vary from brief and nearly undetectable periods to long periods of vigorous shaking.
