Episode description

When you're feeling sick - you don't really want to do *anything*

You want to put on pajamas, a bathrobe, or a hooded sweatshirt - and die.

The last time I was sick, I lamented the fact that I didn't make any "Fire Cider" in advance.

Today, we're going to talk about doing exactly that.

Thursday 10/29/2020; Episode 30 - Fire Cider

When you're sick, the last thing you want to do is assemble ingredients and make weird stuff.

However, those "weird" and unfamiliar recipes often times make us feel better.

Have you ever had one of those hippie friends that always made you feel better?

Today we're going to learn how to be our own heady, free range, hippie friend.

Today, we're going to learn how to be one of those hippies.

Today, we're going to learn how to make Fire Cider.

The timing is right to do so since this takes 4-6 weeks for the infusion to "take."

Before using any herbs, check for appropriate dosage, drug interactions, and contraindications. Information contained herein is not intended to treat, diagnose, cure or prescribe. Please consult your primary care physician regarding your specific health concerns.

Ingredients for Fire Cider

  • Most Available at Upscale Grocers (Mustard Seed in NE Ohio)
  • Others available on Amazon (supplementary herbal additions)
