I honestly think, if you're using a recruiter to hire your next employee and they're using automated tests as part of their process, you're doing hiring all wrong.  If you don't take the time to look for the right employee, you'll end up losing them.  Finding the right person to work for you has nothing to do with testing and everything to do with the hard work it takes to find the right person to fill your job opening.
