Today I interview Reagan Malas, 24 years old from Ohio, United States but has been traveling Costa Rica and Mexico for over 5 months. Reagan is passionate about plant based health & wellness. He's certified in regenerative detoxification and has been plant based for nearly 3 years. Before that, he played college football and ate animals like the majority of the population. He now sees this lifestyle, not only healthy for himself but also a way to help heal the world.
