Today I interview 25 year old Michael-Patrick from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Growing up in a small town outside the city and always being active, he got inspired to look more into his health and go vegan by watching the documentary "What The Health" on Netflix. Soon enough he decided to jump right in and give it a try. Michael-Patrick is a super motivated and outgoing guy full of energy and the conversation we had was fun and uplifting.
