Today I interview 33 year old Gergo Jonas from Hungary but currently living in United Kingdom. After trying numerous different diets the plant based diet was next and as a fitness coach he looked into it further and noticed there was a lot of benefits and also bigger guys who weren’t eating animal products which reassured that it can work and from then has stuck with it bringing him to 4.5 years as a vegan and has been able to inspire others to also live a more compassionate lifestyle.
