Today I interview 28 year old Aubrey Musolf from Adrian, Michigan who's been on a vegan journey for the past 3 years. She dove into this lifestyle after looking for an alternative answer to her health issues and it has changed her life for the better, becoming more conscious of her decisions, leaving bad habits behind and adopting a lifestyle that has given her a better chance at life filled with amazing new friends and a healthier mindset.
