In today’s episode, I coach you through 4 simple, but powerful, habits that I do daily to reduce the anxiety I experience.  These are small shifts that have made a huge difference in my mental, emotional, spiritual, & physical health. 

 

These are habits that can help gently ease your body out of a stress response, so your nervous system can feel safe enough to regulate and come back to homeostasis and a place of peace and presence.
