It’s been a busy week here at the Grosser home! 😵‍💫 As a result, I noticed that I was starting to feel anxious and overwhelmed by all the demands on my time and energy.

So, I took it back to the basics and gave my nervous system the three things that all nervous systems need to stay balanced.  Doing these three things each day increases our nervous system’s resilience and ability to shift from anxious & overwhelmed to calm & collected.
