Episode #5: Sacred Cows: They’re Costing You Much More Than You Think

Today, I want to talk about your sacred cows. We'll discuss what they are, how they get in the way of your life and business and what they're ultimately costing you. When I say "sacred cow," it's those things that you're hanging on too tightly to—your beliefs, your comfort zone, your processes and systems, etc, that are not allowing you to see the truth and are ultimately costing you a whole heck of a lot. They're the justifications as to why you can't make a change and a forward leap in your life and business.
