I came across it the other day and was struck with how the message still applies to today's times. These same powerful words are just as relevant 2 1/2 years later, so I invite you to listen to them today with an open mind and heart as we approach the end of mental health awareness month. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rest. Restoration. Renewal. Recharge. Replenish. Receive. All beautiful gifts in this time of chaos and uncertainty. And, these gifts are for YOU! Many of you are so called to serve others, to show up, to be responsible. Many of you are empaths. And, you are feeling EVERYTHING! However, many of you also forget to take time for yourself FIRST! So, let's take a moment together to "lift and shift" ... to take time out, with each other. To have a conversation, to talk about the energy that's moving ... Remember, together we are stronger!
