In light of Mental Health Awareness Month, I want to take a moment to discuss the post-pandemic frenzy that people have returned to, where they are trying to make up for lost time and have stepped back into the hustle and grind to succeed.
Let's remind ourselves that work is only one component of life, and it's essential to find joy and balance in all aspects of life. Many of are working ALL the time and aren't filling our cups up in other ways that fill our souls, leaving us depleted, exhausted and even downright miserable.
Take a moment to check in with yourself - how vibrant, alive, engaged, energized, and present do you feel in your life on a daily basis? Are you fully immersed in the present moment, or do you find yourself constantly distracted or disengaged? Remember, life is meant to be lived fully and passionately - don't let a single day slip by without feeling truly present in it.
