Not that you need it, but you have my permission to breathe—to just be. Aaaahhhhh... doesn't that feel good?
While there is a part of me that wants to push through and get everything done, I've learned to honor my energy levels and listen to my body. We need to understand the importance of allowing ourselves to be gentle and accepting of low-energy days, and to recognize that everything will get done in due time. It is important to be kind to oneself and not force productivity when the energy is not there.
Let's be aware of opening up to grace, honoring one's energy levels, and allowing oneself to be gentle and accepting on low-energy days.
