Episode #23: Spiritual Shaming, Snobbery and Superiority

Today, I'm talking about this energy of thought leaders who have decided to do their own spiritual work, who in the meantime become very condescending, very patronizing, and very shaming to others. 

This underlying judgment is really starting to rub me the wrong way. 

Spirituality is a personal journey; it is no one's business or anyone else's path other than your own. Your spiritual walk is going to look very different than someone else's. Spirituality is the most personal and intimate thing we came on this earth to do. 

Let this episode serve as a reminder that the way you are doing your spiritual journey, or anything else for that matter, is absolutely perfect. It's your journey—don't let anyone take that from you.
