It boils down to being fulfilled. How to deliver what I love to do (coach fitness, CrossFit) in a more meaningful direction for me. Breathing new life into a man that was slowly deteriorating and slipping further away from holding value to myself.
I learned being selfish is ok. It’s self preservation. You need that to take care of yourself! Ultimately you have to do what is best for YOU! Some will like it , others wont and you have to be ok with it. It’s your path."
