Episode description

Randy is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt and was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2006. Joann is currently a Brown Belt and an IBJJF World and Pan American Champion. They both share the story and struggles of living with Multiple Sclerosis and how BJJ and our Community has helped him. The doctors told him he would probably be in a wheelchair and Randy won this years IBJJF American Nationals and received his Black Belt on the podium. They both train under Ricardo “Pantcho” Feliciano at Checkmat Murrieta. It was an honor to sit down with this power couple and champions of life.
