Over the last few weeks, CUNY Law Professor and Board member, Jeff Lax, exposed the blatant antisemitism at the highest levels at CUNY, who hired Saly Abd Alla, a radical member of CAIR, to oversee allegations of antisemitism at CUNY
Last week, Professor Lax was interviewed by well-known Israel-cbasher, Peter Beinart, over Hunter College's job posting looking for instructors to teach about Israel being a 'settler-colonial state,' that is 'apartheid' and engages in 'genocide.' During the debate, Lax discredited Hunter College and Beinart over these allegations. Furthermore, Lax boxed Beinart into a corner after he refused to label Hamas a 'terrorist organization.' According to Beinart, calling Hamas a terrorist group is akin to racism since it is 'only' applied to Palestinians, which as Lax pointed out, is clearly a false statement!
