Carlos Alberto Laster Su Vida y Obra

Carlos Alberto Laster is a multi-talented artist who has been dedicated since 1978 to many of the manifestations of the arts and cultural activities in both New York City and his beloved island. During his years living on the island of Vieques (1984-1992) he gave free arts and crafts workshops in rural public schools, opened a restaurant called CURRICAN, opened an Art Gallery in Isabel II, contributed to various groups in the effort pro rescue the island from the U.S.A.
