AI Calves for FY 2022

Trend of increasing numbers of AI sired calves continues for the third year. Of the calves registered with the American Angus Association in fiscal year (FY) 2022, 57% featured an artificial insemination (AI) sire. This reflects a trend that has seen a steady increase during the last three years. Of these AI sired calves, 43,833 were the result of embryo transfer (ET).
