From Workhouse Connect and aj Benza fame. Uh, he'd liked to be walked on a leash and play really dirty, kinky sex games. He's the guy put the cock in the peacock network. Okay, bitch, hey, everybody aj Ben's are here with fame, is it? Bitch? This is your daily Unfiltered podcast for February nineteenth, twenty twenty six. Oh two one nine, two two six. Got the one odd number in there? Well, two odd numbers one and nine? How

crazy about them? The equal ten? That's good? But yeah, I don't like a one and nine too sloppy, too far apart. It's like double wooden and bowling. If you can, if you follow my lead, I'm still out of breath. Unbelievable. I still sometimes wake up and sit at the edge of my bed thinking about the steps upstairs and the second flight to the kitchen and third flight to the upstairs bathroom. And I've for two weeks I've had to psych myself up to do that. That's awful. But I

remember when I went to the urgent care. I got up from the doctor's like, you know, the fluffy chair you sit in, put the paper on it, you know, sitting in a smaller chair. I almost fell into the seat. My legs almost stopped working. The hell's going on? And by the way, can we can we start a petition? Can we stop with the child resistant medications over the counter. I know that's important to not have children go through medications, but can we not make them adult proof? Who the

fuck is opening these packages? Now? What kind of nails do I have to have? I reserved one ar long nail my right thumb in case I have to open pills for the night. Quill who knows, Sue? If fair anything, it's it's adult proof. And you gotta turn a light on on top of that, so you gotta get out of bed, turn a light on. Now your eyes are waking up. Had to get new gummies today because I have to change my flight. See here's the deal. I

was trying to get a flight this week. Normally, whenever I fly in Chicago back, whenever I go, I get one ways going and coming, and I never do it, but never I never have a stop. It's always a NonStop one way this week the next two weeks, every ticket is like six hundred dollars five point fifty to start. Then you got to pick your seat for another twenty five dollars, put your luggage in for sixty dollars, and then it's gonna come to an eight hundred dollars trip

can including the the Ober. It's ridiculous. So I said, oh, I gotta wait. I gotta wait till March fourth, and it goes down to three hundred dollars again. So that's what I did. Now I'm leaving March fourth. Nothing to do here but gain my strength, take care of ron Jack whatever they need. But for the last two weeks, like I said, I was the one who was being taken care of, not Rosalie, not Jack. I mean here and there. Yeah, but Rosalie really held it together because

I could not do shit. That's just, that's just. I can't understand why this flu is that bad. Everybody's talking about how long they stayed in bed. I don't like this shit. The older I get, you get these well, why can't they just be flus? Why is it gonna be a health scare? You start hearing doctors talk to you in a way that they in a way that a mechanic talks about a car that spent enough time on the road, like well, you know you don't want to put any more money into this one. It's I

feel like I'm one of those cars. Well, you're gonna get four thousand dollars for the car you want twenty five hundred for a new transmission. I mean person that wouldn't put any more money into it. I think that's what I am right now. I think I'm an old car that people would decide, well, do we put more money into that? I don't know. I've already told you. I have those images now, those things whenever I buy something that, I look at it and go, are these

going to be the last boots I buy? Probably I'm not gonna buy two pair of boots in the next ten twelve years. These are my last boots. I'll probably get two more sneakers, three more sneakers. I'm starting to count it up now. I get it. If you can start to see the end, Like, all right, let me just tidy up a few areas here, Okay. I'll make it easy for you guys. When I go, I'll tell you what I want to do, and I have to

find time to do it. I really want to write a show and I want to broadcast in my voice obviously a day or two after I'm dead. I want to give Mike a show and say, do not open this, do not read it until the unfortunate demise of myself, at which point please read it the next few days as the final podcast of my career. I'm gonna do that. I'm gonna do it. I swear to God, be crazy, be fun, and no one's done it yet. I'd be

the first anyhow. Look, I gotta tell you, speaking of death, not not enough has been said about the great Robert Duval, whether he was Boo Radley and To Kill a mocking Bird where he makes God so many emotion emotional choices with just his eyes and his no voice, just his eyes and his face and man, whether he was Boo Radley or the great Santini which were on My Father for sure, or the Shirtless Colonel and Apocalypse Now or is Tom Egan for Coleoni Family Dog at Consigniety. I'm

so glad. I decided to watch Apocalypse Now the other night on TMC about three weeks ago. It was on and I got to see Robert Devald deliver his I Love the smell of nap Palm in the morning or a great line eleven minutes on screen Best Supporting Act denomination. It really mattered. Those eleven minutes were everything. But my favorite of as many classic lines, and Duval had a bunch of them, Remember Tender Mercies. He had so many

sweet movies like that. But the one he delivers in Godfather at the expense of the studio head Jack Wolf's, Obviously, that's kinna be my favorite. Those of you who haven't seen Godfather yet, I'm discussed at you. I'm discussed that the sight he is, you gotta see it. But in case I haven't, some of you youngsters, Tom's in California had Wolf's International Pictures. It's a film studio. Jack Wolf's played by John Marley, is the head and he refused

to grant a small favorite to Tom Hagen. Now Hagen represented Don Coleon Malon Brando, the godfather of the singer entertainer and god so Johnny Fontaine played by the Great Al Martino. He requested the Godfather's assistance for acquiring a movie role that would revitalize his career. This is Frank Sinatra and From Here to Eternity based on that, and it's based on Ava Gardener going to the studio head and promising that if you give Frank that part, he'll

do his best. He'll will you sell Oscars. And she got it to happen, and Frank won his Oscar. But Jack Wills refused to cast Johnny Fontaine when instructed, he was told, give Johnny Fontaine the part in that new war film you starting next week. But you realize that Hagen represented Corleone, and he foolishly said to him, you're trying to muscle me. Now you listen to me, you smooth talking son of a bitch. Let me lay it on the line for you and your boss, whoever he is.

Johnny Fontaine will never get that movie. I don't care how many Daego, Guinea Wap grease Ball goombas come out of the woodwork. I'm German, Irish. Well, let me tell you to my krout mick friend, I'm gonna make so much trouble for you. You will know what hits you next time. They meet there at Waltz's big, fancy, luxurious house having your meal and Waltz explains his reasoning of now that he knows that Tom was representing Don Corleone, he said,

just tell Corleone. He should ask me anything else, but this is one favorite I cannot give him. You don't understand Johnny Fontaine never gets that movie. That part is perfect. Fan that'll make him a big star. I'm gonna run him out of the business. And let me tell you why. Johnny Fontaine ruined one of Walt's International's most valuable protegees. For five years, we had to run out training, singing lessons, acting lessons, dancing lessons. I spent hundreds of thousands of

dollars on her. I was gonna make her a big star, and let me be even more frank, just to show you that I'm not a hard hearted man. That's not all dollars and cents. She was beautiful, she was young, she was innocent. She was the greatest piece of ass I've ever had, and I've had him all over the world. And then Johnny Fontaine comes along with his olive oil voice and his guinea charm, and she runs off of them.

She threw it all away just to make me look ridiculous, And a man in my position can't afford to be made to look ridiculous. Now, you get the hell out of here. And if that goomba tries any rough stuff, you tell him, I ain't no band leader. Yeah, I heard that story. So Tom Hagen is eating his meal very calmly throughout this guy's tirade, quickly takes the napkin off his shirt and says he's taking an immediate trip back to the airport to return eas thank you for

the dinner and a very pleasant evening. If your car could take me to the airport. Mister Kolooney is a man who insists on hearing bad news immediately. God damn it, what a movie? What a scene? What work? And you forget maybe the best thing Tom Hagen or Rod Rob Robert Duvald did that whole MOVI You the Godfather was in scenes with Brando. He very often had boards of paper on his chest and lap of Brando's lines. Brando used Hagen's u use the Duval's body as something to

hang his lines on. He was terrible at memorizing lines, and uh, there's pictures of it to prove it. So what an actor? What an actor? One of the most understated guys who did things under the radar. Didn't always have to yell, but when he did yell, it was scary. He saved it for the right times. Speaking of uh, well, I'll be speaking of death a little bit. I mean, Jack Watts wasn't killed, but they did put that big horse's head in his bed the next morning. It's a

real horse's head. Came from a company that would butcher horses after they were dead killed. What have you broken legs? That's a real horse's head in bed with Jack Woltz. So the authorities now in this Nancy Guthrie thing, they I'm sick of putting the news on and hearing new details. This is an alert new details surrounding the Nancy Guthrie.

There's no new details. Well, that one new detail was a couple of cops pulled their car into a neighbor's house next door for ten to twelve minutes and then left the parking lot. What's that about? Is that big news? They moved their car. The authorities are looking like crazy for this woman, but they found a new clue in this doorbell camera footage of her alleged abductor. You look

at this picture. Pima County Sheriff Chris Natos is telling people that the security eclipse may have revealed a pinky ring on the kidnapper's hand beneath their glove. I look at the same photo you look at of this person tampering with Guthrie's camera, and I get it. I see it. I'm gonna give it to my team. They'll look at it, they'll analyze it, and we'll see maybe it is a ring. And if it is a ring, he's never gonna wear it again because she made a comment that it was

a pinky ring. Now that piggy re being thrown the garbage, he'll never wear that fucking thing again. So you blew that one too. You blew it, Harvey want Horvey. Levin's gotta shut the fuck up and stop acting like he's got a big piece of the pie in this disappearance. He wants to make it all his own story, and he's I'm telling you, it's gonna come a point if it hasn't already, where the Sheriff's department or the FBI or the DJ what have you is gonna come down

on Levin saying would you butt out? What't needs you here? You're talking over all of us. But this whole thing, I'm giving it to my team, this picture of a pinky ring, a big major blow to the case. They discovered that glove matching the one the suspect war they founded two miles from her home, and the DNA did not match the records and the FBI's combined DNA index

system the code is database. The glove was tested in Florida, retested in Arizona, no hits either time, and Nano shared this disappointing news on Twitter, claiming that the DNA at the property is being analyzed and further testing needs to be done as part of the investigation. I don't like that. Excuse me, I don't like them were being kept abreast of every second of this story. I think there's too much for the people who did this crime to hear.

I think we're giving them too much, We're making them too important. At this point, I think we can figure that we're probably not looking for a healthy Nancy Guthrie. I would imagine at this point she's passed. I think, but that DNA that they does not belong to anyone close to Nancy Guthrie. So three weeks in, and let's face it, the FBI they got nothing, nothing. We saw her kids, Savannah and Anna Guthrie and Cameron Gunthrie have all been clear to suspects as of earlier this week.

Prior to that, they were looking at everyone. Theyve all the kids have appealed to their mother's alleged captor. They made these emotional videos since her disappearance. Those things never work. Sadly, I don't know, while we have to see someone do it, while we have to watch them go through that pain publicly, it very rarely becomes the thing that defines the whole case. Even Nancy's kids have all appealed to their mother's captor

in these emotional videos, but again they don't work. And then she said, Savannah said, it's never too late to do the right thing. We believe in the essential goodness of every human being. See, that's your mistake, that's your mistake. I know that's probably church taught and you grew up that way. You grew up thinking that that's the way

to be. And I'm not saying it's the wrong way to be, but it's somethinly not the way to be when you're dealing with people who capture your mother and are not playing the game the way normal kidnappers play the game. But to believe in the essential goodness of every human being during a crisis like this. I think you're wasting your time, just like Erica Kurt did by forgiving the guy that shot Trump. Don't forgive that bastard.

Why why? Everybody in Savannah Guphy's life fear is that some mother's gone very disturbing and Savannah herself looks like the light has gone out of her eyes. How could she even cope with this hanging over your head. It's one thing if you lose a parent, to not know where they are, if they're alive or not, if they're suffering or not. It's horrible. It's hell on earth. She looks like she's been devastated, rightfully so. But they got

nothing safe to say at this point. They got nothing of a kidnapping of one of our most popular journalists on TV who was a sixty million dollar income. On that income or a total amount of money sixty mili. Still can't believe they don't throw more money in that on not a reward list. I can't believe it's staying so low. What are we talking about here? You want your mother back? Raise the ante man, raise it up. Let's raise the pice of poker unless the authorities have

proof of life. I'm guessing she's dead. Some parts of me think the kidnapping was well planned, but the fact that the victim was very frail more or less change the outcome, and now they don't know what the hell to do. I think she probably died right after the kidnapping because of her medical conditions and lack of medicine. And they tried to get a move on with the funding and it failed because they couldn't provide proof of life. So her body may ever be found. Because the area

surrounding the kidnapping that's a vast and isolated area. I would imagine her body is most likely buried somewhere in the desert and maybe a couple of carders a low attorney at some point. But I don't think we'll see it. And if you look at the video, the guy that doesn't really seem that it was a perfect plan or

well executed. If you look at the way he moves around, you know, I still say it's probably a robbery by an illegal immigrant that she knew or had something to do with, maybe an uber driver or food delivery landscape or what have you. I don't know. I think she was alive, and they took her out of the house. The blood trail tells me that, and they dumped the body on the way to the border to avoid a murder rep And you know, I don't know. The blood

trail doesn't necessarily mean that she died from injuries. But you know, I take blood, Dennis, I get a cut on my shin. You gotta see how fast my socks get red, so she could be un blood in and she probably isn't her age. I'd say for any cops out there, look for abandoned cars wherever there isn't any border wall or a road closed by Mexico closed by in Mexico where they can be picked up. I think their border in Arizona has about twenty percent of its

border without a wall. And then their internet salutes have some ideas. Some internet salutes say the guy in the Doorboon footage was a decoy. They think he was brought in from Mexico to be a decoy. He never had any DNA of fingerprints taken in his life, and they had never had a relative who gave DNA to a genealogical website. He was given some items from Walmont to wear this was the force law enforcement to waste thousands of hours trying to identify him and track him down.

He was rushed back into Mexico after showing himself to the doorbell camera, or he was planted by the Sheriff's department to have people believe they're on top of something. I don't know, but this twenty four to seven coverage of Nancy Gufrey's disappearance. I wonder how many people have heard how many millions of dollars this is costing taxpayers. I'm not saying cut it short, but at what point do we stop looking for a body and making it all

about recovering about it? I don't know. And maybe more important, will the liberal, liberal leaning Savannahgraphy ever admit to open borders, ever admit open borders or defunded police with both gigantic stupid, fucking ideas? Will she one day say that the bottom line is this hope is what keeps the process alive while reality and passing time diminishes it. And right now reality and passing time is way ahead. Here's a new thing that stupid gen z women are doing on TikTok.

They're shamelessly admitting to being the weekend lovers of men who will happily hook up with them but won't give them the time of day outside of Saturday night. I wrote a story like this for play, but I called A three a m girl because we're never kind to her. She may not be a ten, but she's certainly pretty enough and sexy enough to squire around. But there's something in our bodies that tells us she's not going to make the picture book. She's not going to make it

in the frame. So what do we do? But this new TikTok trend is awful. Young women are posting these sad videos of themselves to the tune of Prince's Purple Rain as he sings I never wanted to be your weekend lover. And they're sharing these insulting texts from some guys they met, and they're posting photos of their hook up partners backs as they sleep. Others are showing themselves taking a walk of shame. Says well, on a weekend lover is all I've ever been to anyone, she says,

forlornly into the camera, sitting in her pajamas. This is this is a very sad reflection on how young women feel today when it comes to relationship, you've got to listen up, guys. You can blame it on dating apps, which have turned people into fucking commodities, or convincement in particular that a better hottter potential partner is just one swipe away, So why settle? That's the way it is nowadays. There's plenty more fish to swipe left right. People just

keep going. I've never used those those profiles, those apps, I would never I can't even imagine. But you look at social media, and they're encouraging women to just broadcast this whole thing about being someone's side piece like it's a fact of life and not a sign of what it really is, which is low self esteem. No one's making you do that. I thought I could make them like me, and I know that's how the girls in

my comments feel. Sadly, I'm so insanely in love with you, but so I get this some even print with the guy wrote to them. One guy said, Sam, I'm so insanely in love with you, but thought of other people knowing makes me stupid embarrass Can you come up with tonight though? Oh go uh? You got these images of young women almost crying with these blase, boring texts and these unbothered expressions of guys who want very little to do with them outside of one big, nice rumble under

the sheets on a Saturday night. In my day, plenty of girls wanted that too. Most of them were strippers, They had men, They had minds like men. Tomorrow was work where they can make several thousand dollars a night. Why take off and have a date with a guy, have a lobster or a steak and lose thousands of dollars in one night. So when you went out with a stripper, it was basically, whenever you're free, whenever you want to take an off, let's go out together. And

it was very easy. But you know, these girls have been taught that casual sex is is perfectly fine with them, as though they're no different from the boys they're sleeping with. But that's not true. Girls, I mean, I can't believe I'm the one telling you this. You're learning the hard way that if you're somebody's weekend lover, that takes far more of a toll on you as a woman that I'm a man. A man doesn't care what happens on a Saturday night. He stops thinking about it immediately. But

the dynamic, the situation that iamic is everything. You're somewhere between a hookup and a relationship. So this is common on college campuses, and apparently it's something that's eating away people look at twenty something years old. But this was called back in the day, a one night's stand. What is it called now? What's the difference? What am I missing? One TikToker said that her weekend lover blocks her phone number until the weekend, so we can see a green

message bubble until Friday. That's the guy you can't sleep with ever again, you can't. Why are you voluntar terily advertising that you're someone's side piece. This next crop of women, this gen Z crop, I didn't think they'd be this stupid. I think they'd have more of a backbone. If you want a man to respect you, don't follow that trend. Don't follow the weekend love or trend. Tell him you busy can make it. I can see you Monday Tuesday.

Gen Z women have been conditioned to overshare everything for just more clicks and likes on social media. But this is an embarrassing trend. Girls getting stuck in the murky findings of relationships that allowing themselves to be disrespected because they fear speaking up for themselves. They have no clue how to treat themselves to treat each other. And unlike other generations where the exceptions were the assholes, in this generation, the assholes are the norm and the theseel ones are

the exceptions. I think we all agree on that because right now, men less likely to get emotional or seek educational support in school. I've seen young women in my life do very mean things to young guys, thinking it's only because it's okay, because young guys are just not valued. And when you got young girls pulling stunts like making false claims of rape because they're mad, or claiming to be pregnant when they're not, or to get money or marriage,

you gotta wonder who is the real victim. Nowadays, life's not a soap opera. Too many people think of their lives that are not filled with drama over which they can expound online about, then they aren't really alive. But meanwhile, real relationships are given take like real friendships. I don't think many young people get that. They don't understand that dynamic but in my mind, the weekend lover a trend. This is kind of payback for every woman who divorces

her loving husband to go find herself. Meanwhile, she destroys his life and their kids' lives in an effort to full herself. Then they make it worse by alienating the kids against the father. No legal ramifications, but guys, if you miss one child support payment, see where you end up in this fucking world. And I'll tell you why it's happening. This is because a certain group of people pushed the idea that women are better off without me commitment,

marriage or children. This whole stupid ideology that women should just be single and lonely because they're the anti joy, the anti children party. It's getting really sad. I realize I'm old, but I look back to the eighties the nineties when I was dating out here and nurturing relationships. The women I knew had their own voice, they had their own self respect, especially chicks from New York. They were nobody's doormat. So I asked, you, is evolution going backwards?

What the hell is happening right now? Don't get it, But I do like to say goodbye to another big name that many of you probably don't know. Billy Steinberg died at Brentwood Home long battle of cancer, seventy five years old. Most of you don't know the name, but if you sang Like a Virgin or True Colors or so many other songs that you know who Billy is because he wrote those songs, and once he started writing

him it was nobody better. He first got a deal with my buddy Richard Perry at Richard Perry's Planet Records. They made an album, they toured, it went absolutely nowhere. The album didn't even get released. But then Linda Ronstad heard some of his demo demos in nineteen eighty. He wanted to make a song like My Sharona, couldn't quite get it done. But then other people started noticing his lyrics and he got them a point. The point was he wrote his partner gave it a melody people couldn't forget,

and Billy Steinberg was on his way. And then eighty four he wrote like a Virgin. You know what happened to that song? Churches condemned a MTV played endlessly. Basically, it was about a second chance of the feeling. He wrote true Colors for Cindy Lauper. He wrote it for anyone who felt like they had to hide who they were, and Cindy's voice turned into something bigger than a song. It became a lifeline. It's still sung at pride events, weddings, funerals.

Unbelievable he sang Eternal Flame. He wrote Eternal Flame for the Bengals. Coaul, ritten with Susanna Hoffs, loved that song, also wrote, I Touched Myself sang by the Divinyls, I stand by You for the Pretender's unbelievable song, I Drive All Night by Roy Orbison Cindy Lauper in eighty nine. I mean, this guy just kept going. Demi the Vittals give you Heart to Break, JoJo's Too Little, Too Late,

Nicole Scherzinggains, Don't hold your Breath, Celine Dion. The guy wrote for decades, multiple genres, countless artists, wasn't just a hit machine. And he's gone now. And I want to read the ending of this little bit that I find very a kid from the California vineyards who never made it as a Perfomer became one of history's most successful songwriters by doing one thing consistently telling the truth about

feelings people carry but struggle to name. What do I always tell you guys about things that guys have in their chest that they can't talk about. Vulnerability, renewal, hope, longing, joy, love. Billy Steinberg gave those emotions words and then melodies that made them unforgettable. Today's Somewhere, a teenager is discovering true colors and realizing they're not alone. A couple of slow dancing to Eternal Flame. Someone heartbroken is finding solace in alone.

Billy Steinberg's voice is silent, but billions of voices around the world are still singing his words. That's the songwriter's immortality, not fame, not fortune, connection, the knowledge that something he wrote helps someone else feel understood. Billy Steinberg spent fifty years creating that connection, and they will outlive us all here here, sure will. And as to every goddamn writer who does that part, it makes the songs understandable and

they're living a bit easier. I'm aj Benza. That was your Daily Unfiltered podcast for February nineteenth, twenty twenty six. We'll talk more tomorrow.
