Hey, everybody, aj Benzi here with Same as a Bitch. It's September eleventh, and while I should be talking about that awful day twenty three years ago, I'm gonna give you something else today for free on the arm on the Blotch. I know it's been a while since I gave you guys a free show, but I'm gonna be introducing a free show every week from here on in, and depending upon the participation and the comments and the
enthusiasm might get from you folks. And by the way, you can all email me at Popebenza at gmail dot com. All you can go through Facebook if you're a part of the Facebook Podcast Obsess page. You can get me on Instagram right now I can't pull up Twitter for some reason, but either way I'm easy to get to.
So a free show every week, which also goes along with the weekly free show Everything is a Bitch and the Patreon shows of Politics is a Bitch once a weekend and Fame is a Bitch every single day for
seven years in counting. But what I'm gonna do with these free shows, at least in the first few weeks and months, I'm gonna focus on some of the bigger cases of things, murders, all sorts of stuff that either I was a part of while I was a reporter, an active daily journalist for the New York Daily News, or maybe living in Los Angeles or New York at the time of these particular circumstances, be it Amy Fisher and Joey Buttafuco or the men Andez Brothers, or Tanya Harding,
Michael Jackson, O J. Simpson. The big issue is that hit us in the eighties and nineties and two thousands. I'm gonna be in today or this week's free show with something I touched on in the Patreon behind the paywall about whether or not Kurt Cobain was murdered or did in fact, as they say, commit suicide. I've got somebody on my side, a great source, a private eye,
who says otherwise, and I'm gonna go from that. Next week, I'll probably do an exclusive on Sean Puffy Combs and the whole situation where he's being sued up the ass. In fact, there's one hundred million dollar judgment against him that a judge just said it's fine. This particular guy is in jail and is supposedly allowed to get ten million dollars a month from Puffy. Puffy's selling his mansions in New York Miami. He just getting rid of all
his property and god knows where he's gonna go. I don't know why they don't consider him a flight risk. Well I do know why, because he's been cooperating with ADS for years. That's the inside story on Sean Puffy Combs, except now he's on really thin ice. And some say, when you're on today, you might as well tap dance. If Puffy decides to tap dance like he used to do with those videos, he's gonna plunge into freezing water
and die. So next week I'll probably do Puffy. Not to mention weeks ago, I gave you excerpts from the mouth of kim Porter, the mother of Puffy's children, and now her book sixty pages. It's only sixty pages because it's what kim Porter was writing before she was found dead from pneumonia, even though there were no medicines on her night table or prescriptions for a cough for anything.
But that's how she died daemonia. And I'll be sure are just happened to go into a comment almost die and Heavy Deed did die and now Andrearell did die. Puffy is surrounded by people who ended up dying before their time or got very ill. Either way, That'll be probably next week's show because I was the first to bring you excerpts of Kim's book, and now that it's out on Amazon called Kim's Lost Words, you can read all about this stuff I told you about weeks and
weeks ago. And maybe the third show will be John Beney Ramsey's Killer. I Got It Decide didn't follow that too, But let's begin with the Kurt Cobain story. Was Kurt Colbain murder? Ever since this iconic frontman for Nevana was found dead in his home in Seattle in April nineteen ninety four, thirty years ago, there'll be conspiracy theories all around about his short life and tragic death. His death, as you know then and now, has been ruled a suicide.
But a private investigator named Tom Grant took a close look at the case while it was unfolding. Now he's not my source, but another private eye is my source. But Tom Grant, who took a close look at this, he believed that Kurt Cobain was murdered. Specifically, he thinks that Cobain's wife, Courtney Love, was involved in a conspiracy
that resulted in the murder of the grunge Star. Now, while Tom Grant has been the most vocal believer of this theory over the years, there are a couple of investigative journalists I have a lot of respect for Ian Halpern and Max Wallace. Both of them have publicly supported this point of view. In fact, Helprint and Wallace even published books that make the case that Kurt Cobain was murdered. And I begin to tell you this story, I think
you'll see it my way as well. Most shot, Kurt Cobain's own grandfather has raised questions about his death, and at one point he was even quarterly saying that he believed Kurt was murdered and didn't commit suicide. Whenever a family member makes those kind of statements, I pricked my ears up because family knows. But let's now enter my source.
It's a private I have known for several years now who's brought me some different angles on some sensational deaths across the last twenty five years or so, including the murders of the Cole Brown and Ronald Goldban and I'll have more information about the John Boney Ramsey case according to him as well. But in addition to this Kurt
Cobain was he murdered or would commit suicide story? There's also the theory or the story that I can't talk too much about, but there is the idea that there was a love child fathered by Kurt and she is alive today and it is about two well, let's say she's been been taken care of. She's in hiding, so to speak, and people are being very delicate about how she's perceived and who she talks to and whether they
even want to go forward with this. But she's made some she's made some mentions of the fact that she's a love child Kurt Cobain, the woman and the woman involved I don't know, but this particular girl says she is. But let's hold off on that for a second. What you need to know about this story before we go forward is Kurt Cobain at the time of his death was not happy in his marriage. He told friends he wanted to divorce Courtney love and he was even gonna
write her out of his will. People who are close to the story. Know that back then he turned down The Life palozatur which was a I think a nine million dollar deal. He'd written, ah, he'd written to Geffen Records about going solo. And that's an interesting factor because Kurt Cobain loved the Beatles, and what he was doing in that letter to Geffen Records kind of mirrors what
John Lennon was doing years early with the Beatles. Either way, there's no doubt in my mind, in other people's minds who are very closed to Kurt or work close to him, that he was accelerating toward breaking up the band. I'd asked Dave Grohl's opinion. But he's a fucking liar. He just got caught cheating on his wife again. This time
he fathered a daughter. I was the guy who told you several years ago that he really wounded his marriage by banging or having an affair with his Wife's a good friend, destroying that marriage and really putting a big damper on his Look at pictures, his daughters can't stand him, No one smiles. This particular person doesn't believe that his heroin use, Kurt Kirbran's heroin use was the cause of
his death. My source doesn't believe that. He doesn't believe Kurt was as much of an attic as he's been painted, because he played too wonderfully while they performed live for him to be that blasted out of his mind on heroin. Yes, was he surrounded by heroin. Of course, Courtney Love probably the biggest influence. But my source doesn't believe Kurt was
that into it. He feels that heroin and the overdose was blown out of proportion to support their suicide claim, and the circle around him didn't have his best interest in mind. In fact, his bandmates wanted Kurt to get clean. They were pissed off, he was tired. Courtney Love and others had motives in mind, and not so much to
make sure he got clean. Let's not forget that very important, but they raised enough of a stink that he did head to Los Angeles to go to rehab, and he knew his bandmates felt things were going downhill by turning down the European Tour and Lollapalooza. They were concerned. Intervention
interventions occurred. In one of those interventions, he punched his friend in the limousine and route to the airport wanted no part of an intervention, but he still agreed to go to Los Angeles to get clean and I believe Exodus, but he only spent one day in that rehab. Then he bolted and hopped the plane back to Seattle on April first, or the early morning. Every per second, some people say, oh, no, I've seen an autograph he signed April fourth. He was dead as a doorknob by April fourth.
There are people who have come forward with phony autographs. Kurt Cobain was not alive past April fourth. That's a lie. So he spends one day in rehab, bolts, hoops a plane back to Seattle. The legend goes on that plane, he sat next to Duff mccagan from Guns n' Roses and they started talking to Kurt told him he just left Exodus, and Duff mccagan is on record saying they both drank a lot on the plane, which is weird
because Kurt really wasn't a big drinker. Heroin was his thing, it wasn't his only thing, but he preferred that over drinking. But he did tell Duff he was down, not feeling well, and at baggage claim Kurt Cobain went outside to grab a smoke with this guy named Eddie who was going to drive Duff back to his house, but Eddie lost that. Kurt came back inside the airport and said, hey, man, Kurt's gone. I can't find him anywhere. Because of his mood,
Courtney Love decided to report him missing. Now. She was in La at the Peninsula Hotel. She was there to support him, but when she doesn't hear from him, she reports a missing and then she hires a private eye to find him. That's Tom Grant. Tom Grant believe it was a former La County sheriff Courtey was concerned about Kurt's wellbeing. But this is where the Pandora's box begins to open. On April third, Courtney Love calls Tom Grant and says somebody is using her husband's credit cards, and
this begins Tom Grant's journey. He ended up playing a prominent role in at death that shook the world of rock and roll, and let's face it, to this day, has generated a cult following that still exists. And it's thirty years ago. God that flew as we remember. He was found dead in his home on April eighth, nineteen ninety four. Seattle police quickly ruled his death a suicide, but Tom Grant wasn't wasn't short. He blamed negligence on
the part of the cops. Grant never said Courtney Love pull a trigger, but he always held the belief that there were other people involved in this conspiracy that resulted in Kurt's death. Now, police developed four rolls of film from the death scene, and Tom Grant believed the police knew what was coming down the pike. They were feeling the pressure of a dead superstar, and you know what it's like. They had to respond to the public, who was angry and confused, where is our music legend? What
happened to Kurt Kilban? Sometimes cops get ahead of themselves and want to get above and beyond the controversy or conspiracy and make a decision, but those decisions aren't always accurate. Tom Grant was the first person to say he felt like he was being misled and certain people knew more shit than they were saying. So now he's got the smell of this all over him, and he's very determined.
So he began to heavily record conversations and started to document every move he made because he felt that maybe he was being used as a pawn. At any rate, Tom Grant hooks up with Dylan Carlson and arrives in Seattle April seventh, around two am. Actually, Carlson founded the group Earth. He was one of Kurt's best friends. He also knew Corney was also a heroinautic and a big junkie. So, according to my source, possibly this person had a lot
to do with the death of Kurt Kobank. The first thought, we go to his Kurt's house, but they don't find him. They don't find him there, but they don't even look in the greenhouse, which is in front of the house in plane view of everyone. It sat right on top of the house, above the driveway. And for Tom Grant to say he didn't know it existed is crazy. Any investigator would have seen that room right in front of
the house and taken a look. And he went back to the house at ten PM and again doesn't look in the greenhouse. It really stinks that a private eye and a best friend of Kurt's would look in every room in the house, but not inside the greenhouse, which sat right there, impossible to ignore, but Here's where things get even weirder. The first night they searched, they didn't uncover a letter or a suicide note. But the next night they go there, there it is. The letter looks
like a woman's handwriting. All right, it's even been set. Another friend wrote the letter. Some guy named Callie de Witt. Now de Witt lived briefly in Seattle while working as Francis Bean's nanny, their little baby's nanny. You can see de Witt if you look. He's appearing in Drag on the actual CD of Nirvana's in Utero. In another weird twist, Francis Bean only had male nanny's. I mean, there was some females there, but the males tended to her, and
both of those men were junkies. The other guy was named Renee Navarett. It's amazing this kid, Francis Bean is alive and now I guess she's with the skateboarder's son Hawk, God bless. She ended up being a pretty decent looking kid. She looks and appears level headed. Who knows, but she came out of a war zone. But actually that's why Courtney Love didn't trust me when we first met. She hated me because I wrote in my column that she was shooting Heroin while pregnant, and she threatened to sue,
but she backed off. And then all things, you know, of all things, we end up living not only in the same building in New York City's West Village neighborhood, but on the same floor. And she used to see me and put her fingers up as if to make the sign of a cross to keep me away, right, And I'd shout to her, I know you'd like me if you just talked to me, Cortney, just talk to me, baby. I was just real, like loud, and she'd run away with the fingers crossed. But eventually we met in the
laundry room by accident. She must have been high, because we got along fine folding clothes. She even hugged me and said we're cool, no worries. She even liked the fact that there were a Calvin fine breefs that were tight that went to my thigh. She thought those were hot. If Courtney Love wrote this suicide note, she had to have done it earlier because she was in la so
there would have been some premeditation. And it's believed by many that she wrote it days ahead of time, then flew to La as an alibi, and then had DeWitt placed the letter on the stairs when it was finally discovered. The one thing you have to think about when it comes to attics, especially heroin addicts, they stick together because they need each other. They got secrets, they share more than needles. Put it that way, they have a vested
interest in getting more heroin. Protecting Francis Bean from heroin was a big thing as well, and they acted as a team. And by the way, Courtney and Kurt did have female nannies too, because if it were just guys on junk, child Protective Services would have taken France as being away. So they went about taking care of that baby in a very intricate way with multiple people. Okay, so the person who eventually finds Kurt's body was the electrician who was hired by Courtney and gave him instructions
to fix the lighting in the greenhouse. Interesting those instructions given to him from Courtney in Los Angeles, but he went Nobody else saw the body, not Tom Grant, not any other investigator hired, not any of the nanny friends. Remember at this point there are seven or eighty people in this house, and nobody goes to the greenhouse to look for Kurt. And when I lose my keys, I look in the oven of the bathtub. If you're missing the lead singer of Nirvana and a rock superstar, wouldn't
you check every goddamn room, wouldn't you look everywhere? Sounds like a cover up. So this dope e electrician walks through the French doors to the greenhouse and he thinks he sees a mannequin, but then he notices blood leaking out of the person's ear. Does he call the cops? Well, yeah, but he also calls a radio station as well. So police and firement and paramedics arrive at the house and a Detective Terry was there and a Detective Cameron, who happened to be murdered about a month later in a
very weird circumstance. But let's not get into that conspiracy today. But they believe Kurt locked the door behind him, slams some heroin. He also had his favorite can of Bark's root beer next to him. Then he shot himself with his own Remington shotgun. Interesting tidbit here is that the dope in his blood was said to be enough to
kill a rhinoceros. Okay, time for drug school. There are people who overdose at point four milligrams per leader of blood, So four milligrams of heroin per leader of blood is an overdose. Kurt Cobaine had one point five to two milligrams milligrams in him. That's five times the amount needed to overdose. So if you're a good cop, there's evidence
of murder already. If esk me, how many guys can handle a shotgun with five times a lethal dose of heroin pulsing through their blood, chunkies just want to lean back a lot of cigarette and wait for the warm fade away. I can't even say that without thinking of
being in the hospital waiting for the morphine shot. I've been to the hospital, you know, for my pneumonia and lung surgery, and I'm sorry, man, we can all admit certainly feels good when we hear that nurse's footstep come down all and we get that plunge, and man, the cold,
comfortably numb feeling begins. By the way, I have to say this, the last few years that I've been hospitalized for different kind of ailments, I don't like this new thing where the nurses write their cell phones on the board and you're supposed to remember to call them every four hours. It ain't like the old days when you can hear those shoes squeaking down the hallway at three o'clock in the morning because you know you're getting the shot. Now you got to stay awake and call them. I
don't like that. It's bullshit, all right. Back to the crime scene. Very important to remember, gang, there are no prints on the gun, or on the gun's case, or on the shells, or on the pen written used for this suicide letter. Everything's wiped. So there's evidence of a murder, right, I would think so. So the police immediately follow this up as a suicide. But there are so many people who believe that a the heroine alone in Kurt's body
was enough to kill him. He wouldn't have been able to hold that shotmun to his face in the state he was in. The key question is does anybody really know that he's already dead when the gun is stuck in his mouth and the trigger pulled. That's a big question. Is that true? Was that the way it was? So the autopsy was leaked to me and there's no real proof that the heroine killed him. The autopsy says there's fluid in his trachea and that could be cause for
some sort of internal damage. But my source says he believes Kurt was killed in the basement, ejected with the heroine in the basement, and he's moved to the greenhouse by two men and they staged the room over a forty minute period before a witness hears a gun shot go off. Now the point is, we don't know if Kurt is alive or dead when he's shot. But the blast went through his upper palate and there was blood
coming out of his ear. It didn't blow his head off, as people have said, like the big Jane Mannsteel lie that she was decapidated. No, she wasn't her wig flew off. She was in the back seat. It wasn't her ahead, it was her wig. A lot of these things happened with the death of Superstars, and Seattle police said that Kurt was indescribable when they found him, not recognizable. My source says that's bullshit because he has a photo of
Kurt Cobain dead. I've seen it. He's definitely identifiable. Now you rifle officionados would know that this shotgun he used or was used, is it Remington Model eleven with a five inch choked on it. It's a long nune so most likely he'd have to use his toe to press the trigger. Problem is he has his sneakers on tied tight. Kurt was five to eight. They know how long. His arms were almost impossible to have used his own hand on that trigger. Not impossible, but he would have busted
some teeth in attempting to do that. Another thing is the heroin he had in his cigar box next to his body. The needles in that box were all capped, so when you push that much heroin into your veins, a junkie would typically nod out with the needles still
in his arm, as many people do. I used to go to New York City when I was doing my photography class and I was taking photos up close of junkies in New York City in nineteen eighty three, and it was intimidating to get close to them, but I did it first from thirty yards away, then ten, then finally I got right up to their face. And I have great pictures of these chunkies with needles in there arms,
nodding off or possibly dying. That's what junkies do, but think of it slamming the junk into his arm, then capping the needle and placing it back in the box, then grabbing a gun, perhaps loading it, cocking it. It's not impossible, but he'd have to have superpowers to do all that after the amount of heroing heroin pulsing in his ains. My source says it's possible, but we're talking about a man's life, reputation, and legacy. So my source has gone to SEATTLEPD and spoken to a detective and
presented his case. The detective pretty much acted like there was nothing. He acted like he didn't need to be bothered by another dead junkie. He was lazy about even listening to an alternative idea. But my sources dog he's made a career out of looking at the true crime cases. This is the same person who gave me the OJ Simpson had an accomplice theory. And it's so funny that that accomplice who he named was actually on CNN's Caitlin
Collins Show when OJ Simpson died. Fucking CNN had the alleged accomplice on the air and didn't know what to do with that school assholes to the end. Anyhow, my source says this is the case that bothers him the most because he really feels, undoubtedly that Kurt Cobain was murdered. He calls her the worst investigation ever. Let's now enter a man named Matthew Ricker. Matthew Ricker has written about the death of Kurt Cobain on law for about twenty years.
In twenty seventeen, he wrote a book when Amazon Kindall called The Mysterious Death of Kurt Cobain, And in writing that book, he came to the conclusion that no one had really done enough with the investigation into his death. It was talked about, it was discussed, it was argued over. But he realized that the Seattle Police Department never really did a fall on investigation in ninety four or even since then, and that really no one else has either.
And one of the things he realized in recent years is that there were witnesses from that day April nineteen ninety four, and that no one had sought to question them ever. Even still, so, he rounded up a couple of witnesses who saw Kurt Cobain on the night he died, and he recorded some of that testimony, and he set to release a portion of those interviews in the coming months to finally try and find that exactly what happened.
And I'm sure I'll get those ahead of time. So basically, with these interviews conducted and soon to be released, is in essence giving this writer his flowers and allowing him to push the facts that he's uncovered. My source is not sitting home and saying I figured out the whole Kirk theband case. No, it's not what it is. He was always doubtful, and when he met the writer, it was like a domino fell on to him and now he was ready to really present the truth to all
of us. So that's typically the way he's always worked, this PI source of mind. Somebody comes forward with a clue, then he goes off and does his own groundwork. And like I said, I first met and met him when he presented me with the OJ had an accomplice theory, and I bit because it wasn't the old tired trope that OJ's son helped him. I never believed that for a second, but I could believe that something else happened
that night in Brentwood outside Nicole Brown door. Because I covered this case as a journalist and I saw the color photos many months before anybody else could have a chance to see them. They were very highly guarded back then. And one day my editor in chief, Martin Dunn, said, you won't see the pictures of Ojay's victims. I'm like, yeah, and I tell you Nicole Brown. She looked like a pez dispenser. Her head was peeled back, barely connected to her spine. And Ronald Goldman looked like he put up
a hell of a fight. He wasn't a small guy. Probably, if we are to believe what Ronald Goldman was like back then, he probably had some cocaine pulsing through his blood, although I never heard that theory. But you know, he wasn't only their waiter at their favorite restaurant, met Salona. He was also the guy a lot of women in
back then went to for their coke. Call Fay Resnick Chris Jenner two and many years ago, like I guess nineteen ninety six, I went out with fair Resnick a couple of times, and you know, we had some fun and I got her comfortable enough to talk Turkey with me and even she can fight it at OJ that she didn't think OJ did all that by himself, and she hinted that Nicole had big problems and issues with
drug dealers of the Columbian kind. And my sources kind of always delve into this theory that the accomplice, alleged accomplice of OJ, there was something going on with drug dealers, Colombian cartel, blah blah blah. Very messy. But this writer has spent over twenty years with this story. He was even paired with the privadi Tom Grant for a time. He wrote the book that anyone can read if you want to, So the credit should go to him for the legwork. But let me finish up by talking about
some of the evidence again. As we said, a ton of heroin in his system. Was he killed in another room with that heroin pushed and moved to the greenhouse. Police didn't even look to check if there was any evidence of him being in any other room but the greenhouse, and there were people in the house. Did police interview them. No, So they're flying blind at this point. They're flying blind. From the start. We've seen a lot of crime cases bungled and This could easily be another one of those.
Why aren't any of Kurt Cobain's prints on the gun, on the hand, on the case, on the trigger, etc. Why are there no prince? And why isn't Kurt's prince on the red pen that was used to write this suicide note? And that red pen was stabbed through the note into a pot of dirt. No prints on the pen because all the objects were wiped down. Why is the twenty gage shell of bird shot on the wrong
side of the ejection chamber? And in addition, the last four lines of that note are in a different font and a lot of people who looked at it say it's not Kurt's handwriting. My source says, there's no way it's Kurt's handwriting. He even had handwriting experts look at it and they agree it's not kurtz which could basically mean this note was written days before he was killed. And this is where my source says things decidedly point
to Courtney Love. An interesting thing to note is that when Tom Grant met with Courtney, he said she had a sample of Kurt's handwriting and her backpack. Apparently he wrote something down on the back of an I hop menu and she kept it. And they also say she made attempts on that menu to trace letters in Kurt's style of writing. Why would anybody do that? She even wrote down that paper the words quote get arrested. In the last four lines of that letter, it should be
noted were I love you, I love you. You'll all be happy without me? And my source says those were not written by Kurt. If he's divorcing Courtney Love and writing her out of his will, and she tells her friend Rosemary Carroll, find me the nastiest divorce attorney in the world. Then she and Kurt already at odds he's breaking up Nirvana. There goes that money, there goes her marriage, there goes her rights to the music. But what happens if he dies? Who would Herod's all the money? Who
would Herod's all the music, writes Courtney Love. Wouldn't you consider that a motive? Here's her second motive, the people who were at the house, because he says there were multiple killers who took part in this, all multiple accessories. Did Courtney maybe whisper in their ears. Look, if you do this, I'll take care of you. You'll get a house. You'll get heroin the rest of your life, free drugs, free money. Just get rid of them. And my source also has proof that Courtney bought a house for one
of those people in Los Angeles. Now you can play Devil's advocates say, well, she had money, so she bought a house for a friend. Yeah, okay, but come on, she also gave money right away to a few of them to go to rehab. Just flast them thirty grand right away, no questions asked. Take your girlfriend too, both, you get healthy on me. Now. He's very careful to say he's not implicating her in the murder, but that's
a bit of a conspiracy, to be sure. And then that final night, Kurt arrives at the airport and Courtney arranges for him to be picked up. They get it right home from a female friend. It's very, very late the night of April first. By the time he gets home, it's the early morning als of April second. So everyone at the house knows Kurt's coming home shortly, and Courtney tells them, look, he left rehab, he's on his way back.
He'll be there momentarily. At that time, there are eight people in the house, Kurk gets home, has a meal because when he was dead, they found food in his stomach not fully digested, so he ate the meal when he got home. He's still wearing the medical bracelet from the rehab even when they find his body. There's still a plane ticket in his pocket. There's money in his pocket. He just got home from the airport. So why does he still have that stuff in his pocket when they
find him dead. Why is he's still winning the bracelet from rehab? He would keep them on for six days. No. From my pi's investigation, Having spoken to the witness that came forward from the informant, from multiple people who've known these people for years, he says Kurt wanted these people to leave the house. You know, hey, guys, you gotta go. You're shooting up, you're smoking, you're nodding off. It's getting late. You gotta go. They don't want to hear it. They're
not going anywhere. He believed things may have heightened between them and the voices that were raised, and maybe some pushing and shoving and maybe some threats between friends what have you, between druggie friends. He thinks he was assaulted and knocked down, knocked out by two men in front of women, and then they begin to shoot them up with heroin that's already preloaded, so they know they're doing this.
This was a setup. And you should also know when the gun is purchased by Dylan Carlson, it's not in Kurt Cobain's name, and my PI has the receipt. Dylan Carlson bought the gun, not Kurt. He made up a story that Kurt wanted a gun. But let me ask you, when Kurt Cobain want to buy a gun today? He was gonna fly out to rehab, like on March thirtieth or something. That doesn't make much sense. So the upshoot, according to my guy, is Kurt is assaulted, shot out
with junk in front of people. He's then carried to the greenhouse. Is he alive at this point we don't exactly know. But about thirty to forty minutes later a gun shot is heard. That's the shot in the mouth. After that, these people stay in the house. So my guy says, the killers are the killers of Kurt Cobain are Dylan Carlson and Daniel clint Rich. Now everybody who knows this case knows who Dylan Carlson is, but only
my guy as id'd who Danny rich is. Nobody knows that name with regard to this case, and now you do. The accessories or witnesses are Michael Kelly de Witt, Renee Navarett, Jessica Hopper, Jennifer Adamson, and Bonnie Dillard. These people have been caught talking about this before. And even though we still might have people saying, oh everything is here, say well, my guy isn't a cop. He's a storyteller. He's solved murders in the past, He's identified killers in the past.
That's what he does best. But the question that bothers my mind though, if this was a murder, why the shotgun? They could have just shot all that dope into him, as they possibly did, and let that take its natural course. The thing is all these people obviously have the right to remain silent and never talk about his case, and in doing so they're standing behind the us CA institution. But if they were interrogated as they should have been and then decided not to talk, now you're looking at
obstructing justice. But until the detective with balls does just that, this will always be seen as a Kirk Cobain suicide. What else should people think when police never even interviewed them or got statements from these people? See, that's what it all goes downhill very fast. According to my source and myself, we've seen many cases of terrible police work, and that's where my sources specialty really is. And when you lay out the facts as we've just done, I
for one, honestly believe Kirk Cobain was murdered. Now, with respect to this rumor that there is a love child, all I can tell you about that is I've seen pictures, I've seen comments where this particular love child is next Francis Bean. I don't know her name. I know that things are very tight and dangerous and it's a subject
that's not to be dilly dallied with. So right now I don't have much more than just telling you that you might be hearing about a love child down the road, and if you do, you know you got that from first. But until I can confirm it, it's just that a rumor.
But I do have the pictures that say otherwise. Like I said earlier, when we start first out of the show, I'm gonna give you a free show every week that's gonna detail some of the most fantastic and outrageous murders, crazy stories from the last two or three decades, even further back. It won't be so much me hearkening back to my days as a columnist, et cetera, but more about the the blood and guts of murder cases that
just seem off. Maybe there's a different angle on some of these cases we've all kind of gone to bed with and accepted. We'll see in the meantime. That's all for today. I met A J. Benzon. That was your free show September eleventh, twenty twenty three. We'll talk to us next week.
