In this episode of Air Traffic Out Of Control, we go to Northeast Philadelphia Airport where a Cessna aircraft has flipped over on the runway while coming in for a landing.
The airport is immediately closed to other traffic as the tower monitors the situation with emergency services.
The two people on board appear to be alright as they get out of the plane and are walking around the Cessna.
