Earlier this month, at Austin International airport, a FedEx aircraft narrowly avoided a Southwest plane as it attempted to land. Controllers had cleared the arriving FedEx seven sixty seven and a departing Southwest Airlines seven thirty seven jet to use the same runway, and the FedEx crew realized the issue before it became a disaster.
