In today's episode of Air Traffic Out Of Control we hear a situation where the controller mixed up instructions for two approaching American Airlines planes. A call to flight 2133 was actually meant for 1083 and it resulted in a potentially dangerous situation.
We all make mistakes, but this one could have been catastrophic.
