Episode description

On this episode of Aging GreatFULLy, we’ll take stroll together and amble our way through a very special place in your life, that is – memory lane. We will talk about all the things that go into making memories, including how and why our brain remembers some things and doesn’t remember others. As we learn what memories are, how they are formed, how long short- and long-term memory lasts, we also better understand what is most important in making memories. As we explore the importance memory plays in our lives and that of others, we also realize that living life in the present with a positive and grateful approach is equally as important as making and creating wonderful memories. In the end, the memories we create, make and leave with others can ultimately be our beautiful legacy as we strive towards Making Memories to Last A Lifetime – and beyond.
