The problem with being born again

When we're in heaven we might one day decide to leave heaven and come back to the Earth and be born again. When I talk to men and women in heaven about this who are ghosts who have died and gone to heaven and have received God's salvation, they often when they're in heaven find this confusing because it's difficult for them to imagine being born again and having a different physical body than before. Their skin might be different, their name almost certainly will be different, they might be shorter or taller, they might be born in a different nation in the Earth or on another world, and all of those differences for them are I think surprising.
