-You must encourage your employees. Give them ideas about how to get better.

-You can’t be a push over as a leader either. 

-You can’t treat every employee the same.

-Each employee is different.

-Each employee has different goals.

-Create a culture where business is taken care of.

-Train your staff to have crazy attention to detail.

-Say thank you.

-Reward employees for aligning themselves with the company culture.

-The top must communicate as effectively as possible to all employees.

-Follow up with a handwritten thank you card/letter.

-Take care of your employees.

-Pay attention to the process and praise those that are going through the process.

-Don’t be afraid to adjust your goals.

-Make sure that all of your goals are not number oriented.

-This will help build genuine and raving fans.
