Check the technique: frozen !!

In this episode I wanted to talk about one of my techniques that I use to ensure stability icing my cakes. Frozen cakes make it easier to ice and decorate your cakes before they are placed in the hands of the customer. I live in the Southeastern region of the United States of America and it is hot and humid here, therefore I have to use certain techniques to fight against the humidity!! Thank you for listening!!
