Beignets Part 1: Where did we go wrong 😱😱?

Well we did it!! We finally fried beignets! Beignets is a dessert enjoyed by most New Orleanians here in the U.S. We decided to bring this New Orlean's tradition here to Birmingham and test it out!! Yes, the first few rounds did not go as planned but once I figured it out I thought 🤔 to myself " hey we can give this another go next week" in part two!!
