Meet Jess! She’s a wife, mom of two and works by day as an engineering supervisor. She takes us through her journey of moving up the ranks at her work, how she leads her team and her new opportunity- a leadership program focused on servant leadership. Jess shares great insight on keeping her priorities top of mind and being clear with her colleagues that while family is first, she can (and will) continue to be a badass at her job.
