A Mother's Journey through Grief

Monni Must, Kacee's mother, tells her life story. Monni details her own childhood abuse, its affect on her as a mother, and how she healed the trauma of losing her own child to suicide 12 years later. It is a story of hope and vulnerability. They're also joined by Cricket Alexander, Clinical Director at BLND health, who explains how EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) Therapy can help heal trauma and who it could benefit.
