Clara Kapelembe Bwali, is a wife and mom of two. She has a degree and post graduate degree in computer and Information sciences from Monash. She is a food stylist, food photographer and recipe author. Clara is currently the brand ambassador for National Milling Corporation. She has worked with various food brands locally and internationally. Her work has featured not only in Africa but outside Africa as well. The likes of Food 24, Black foodie and Dine diaspora. Recently Clara was featured in Afternoon Express On SABC representing Zambian cuisine during Africa Month.
