Covid-19 and Climate Change: How can Africa build better given the twin challenge?

On average climate change is costing African economies 2 to 3percent of their GDPs. This is according to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA). On the hand, Covid19 is costing these economies GDPs between 1.7 to 2.7 percent.
