Happy Sad

Adulting is hard. How do you cope with tough and happy times going on at the same time? How do you look after your parents and children, while looking after yourself? Even when we go on holiday, the world does not stop to give us a break from the ups and downs of life. We just have to choose to either press on or crumble.
