Ben Jackson is a trade-certified mechanic and auto-electrician, now a successful business owner. He was selected to enrol in the local high school for geniuses and chose a different trajectory to his life than the academics would have recommended. He talks us through the choices and challenges of being a bloke working alongside the mining industry, particularly during the big downturns that we've seen, as well as his recent illness being diagnosed with ulcerative colitis.
