As we age, our flexibility wanes, our joints ache, and we huff and grunt our way out of bed every morning. So Adam proposes Team Grawlix stretch every night for a week, then measure their flexibility. A nice, easy challenge, right? But nothing is ever that simple on The Grawlix Saves the World.
