Breaks happen but the most important thing is getting back into the swing of consistent movement and making it a priority again. 


There are 3 considerations when getting back into a routine to help avoid setting off a flare, injuring yourself, or increasing your pain levels. These three things are: 


  1. Increase frequency of rest 
  2. Shorten workouts 
  3. Consider full body moves
