Getting better sleep can be hard with osteoarthritis. Pain and stiffness can keep you up. As it turns out, the research has found that poor sleep quality can actually make you more sensitive to pain. It is important to focus on quality sleep with arthritis but as a physical therapist, I get it can be difficult! Here are 5 ways to improve your sleep with arthritis.
