Lang holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MS in Systems Architecture & Engineering from the University of Southern California and is a co-founder and the CEO of FormAlloy. Melanie is motivated by developing disruptive technology to deliver high-value metal components with superior performance. She currently serves on SME’s AM Technical Community Leadership Committee, the Association of Manufacturing Technology (AMT), CMTC Board, America Makes Board, and is a Women in 3D-Printing Ambassador.
