Episode description

As a runner: You know, we all have dreams and a powerful human spirit. As Wilma Rudolph once said, "Never underestimate the power of dreams and the influence of the human spirit. We all have the potential for greatness." Born in Tennessee in 1940, Wilma overcame polio and became the first American woman to win three gold medals in track and field at a single Olympic Games. What a legend! Proverbs 14: The soul of the sluggard craves and gets nothing, while the soul of the diligent is richly supplied.
